J-Origin Foods is a B2B Chinese food supply chain company based in Hong Kong. We are a trading and sourcing partner — not a manufacturer. We do not hold food production licenses or certifications ourselves.

What we do is connect you with the right certified suppliers, and assist you throughout the import and compliance process from China to your market.

What We Help You With

1. Connecting You to Certified Suppliers

We work with a network of Chinese food manufacturers who hold relevant certifications including HACCP, ISO 22000, GB Standards, SC Food Production License (食品生产许可证), and Halal certification (for applicable product lines). We can help match you with the right supplier based on your target market's requirements.

2. Export Documentation Support

For each order, we assist buyers in obtaining standard export documents from the supplier or relevant Chinese authorities, including:

Certificate of Origin (CO) | Health Certificate | Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable) | Commercial Invoice & Packing List | Bill of Lading / Air Waybill

3. Market-Specific Import Guidance

We have experience supporting importers across Southeast Asia and can guide you on what documentation your local authority typically requires:

Singapore (SFA) — We assist with pre-shipment documentation aligned with Singapore Food Agency import requirements.

Malaysia (MAQIS / MOH) — We support Bahasa Malaysia labeling requirements and MAQIS border inspection documentation.

Indonesia (BPOM) — We provide product information support for BPOM registration. Note: BPOM registration must be completed by the Indonesian importer of record.

Thailand (FDA Thailand) — We assist with documentation for FDA Thailand import notification processes.

4. OEM & Private Label Labeling Support

For OEM orders, we coordinate with suppliers to produce labels that meet your destination country's requirements, including bilingual labeling, allergen declarations, nutritional information panels, and country of origin marking.

Note: Final regulatory approval and local product registration remain the responsibility of the importer in the destination country. J-Origin Foods provides sourcing coordination and documentation support only.
