This Privacy Policy explains how J-Origin Food collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit joriginfood.com, submit a sourcing enquiry, communicate with us or otherwise interact with our international B2B sourcing services.
1. Who we are and the scope of this policy
J-Origin Food is a B2B sourcing and project-coordination brand. This Website is operated by Nanjing Jiyuan Food Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (南京稷源食品供应链有限公司), which is the primary entity responsible for website-level personal data described in this policy. Woklane Limited serves only as our Hong Kong liaison office for overseas buyer communication and coordination. It is not the Website operator. The legal entity responsible for a specific quotation, order or transaction is identified in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or other written sales document.

- Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, navigation patterns, timestamps, security logs and campaign-attribution parameters.

- To manage quotations, orders, approvals, production follow-up, shipping preparation, complaints and claims.
- To authenticate users, prevent abuse, protect the website and investigate security incidents.
- To maintain business, tax, compliance and dispute records where required.
- With your choice where required, to measure website use and improve content, usability and enquiry paths.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If we later offer marketing communications, we will provide any consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
We do not use website data to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for an individual.

We do not intentionally send the contents of sourcing or complaint forms to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. You may accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time through “Analytics preferences”. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
6. When we share information
We do not sell personal data. We may share the minimum necessary information with:
- authorised staff of Nanjing Jiyuan Food Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and, where needed for overseas communication, the Woklane Limited Hong Kong liaison office;
- hosting, website, form, email, customer-relationship, security and analytics providers that process data for the purposes described above;
