Shipping Policy

J-Origin Food supplies business buyers worldwide. Shipping, logistics and delivery terms are agreed per order as part of your sales contract — this page explains how we typically handle export logistics for B2B shipments.

How B2B shipping works with J-Origin

  • Incoterms by agreement — we quote and ship on internationally recognised Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP) agreed for each order.
  • Sea, air & consolidated freight — full-container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) sea freight, plus air freight where speed is required.
  • Cold chain — frozen and chilled products are shipped under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions.
  • Export documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, and product-specific compliance and certification documents required for your destination market are prepared per order.

Lead times & delivery

Production and delivery lead times depend on the product, order size, packaging and destination, and are confirmed in writing at the quotation stage — we do not publish fixed lead times. Once shipped, transit time depends on the freight method and route agreed for your order.

Customs & import responsibilities

Depending on the agreed Incoterms, import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country may be the buyer’s responsibility. We support clearance by providing the correct export and compliance documentation for your market. See our Certifications & Compliance page and our import guides.
