Different products carry different documentation depending on their ingredients, production process, and intended market. We believe buyers deserve accurate information — not impressive-sounding labels that may not apply to the specific SKU they're sourcing.

Our Approach

Before confirming any order, we provide the relevant compliance documentation for the specific products you are sourcing. Depending on the product, available documentation may include:

  • Third-party test reports — SGS, Intertek, or equivalent accredited laboratories
  • Halal certification — from recognized Islamic certification bodies, where applicable
  • ISO 22000 food safety management — factory-level records and audit documentation
  • Export inspection certificates — customs clearance and origin documentation
  • Ingredient declarations & allergen statements — for EU, US, AU, and other markets
  • Country-specific import compliance — filings and registrations per target market

How to Get the Right Documents for Your Order

When you contact us about a product, simply tell us:

  • Your target country or distribution market
  • The certification type required (e.g. Halal, organic, non-GMO, specific national standard)
  • Any retailer or platform-specific compliance requirements

We will confirm which documents are available for that SKU before you commit to an order. If a required certificate is not currently held for a product, we will advise whether it can be obtained and the estimated timeframe.
