Refund and Return Policy

At J-Origin Foods (ArtTogether International Limited), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Products received are damaged, defective, or do not match the order specifications
  • Products are recalled due to food safety concerns
  • Wrong items were shipped

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable food products that have been opened or used
  • Custom OEM/ODM products manufactured to your specifications
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders cancelled after production has commenced

3. Refund Process

Once your return claim is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full/partial refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 10โ€“14 business days to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by J-Origin Foods

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a restocking or production fee of up to 20% of the order value.
