J-Origin Foods is a B2B wholesale supplier of Chinese food products, including hot pot ingredients, dim sum, malatang soup bases, ready-to-cook meals, and OEM/ODM food manufacturing services. Registered company: ArtTogether International Limited, Room 12, 6/F, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business buyers only, including restaurants, food distributors, supermarkets, and brand owners. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for commercial purposes.

3. Orders and Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per product category
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed order prices are binding
  • Bulk pricing and OEM/ODM pricing are available upon request

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) or L/C (letter of credit) for B2B orders. Payment terms may be negotiated for long-term partners. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

J-Origin Foods ships worldwide via established freight partners. Delivery timelines vary by destination and product type. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the freight carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including brand assets, product images, and descriptions, is the property of ArtTogether International Limited. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

J-Origin Foods shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
