Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing J-Origin Foods (ArtTogether International Limited). As a B2B food ingredient supplier, we ship internationally to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Australia, Europe, and beyond.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation and required documentation have been received.

Shipping Methods & Lead Times

• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 10–35 business days depending on destination port
• Air Freight: 3–7 business days
• Express Courier (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 business days (samples and small orders)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard MOQ for bulk orders is 500kg per SKU. Sample orders (min. 5kg) are available for qualified buyers. Contact us at admin@joriginfood.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and freight method. A detailed shipping quote is included in your proforma invoice.

Incoterms (2020)

• EXW – Ex Works (our warehouse)
• FOB – Free On Board (port of origin)
• CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight (destination port)

Documentation

We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable).

Customs & Import Duties

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
